Logics Messaging Policy

Last Updated: September 03, 2026

This Messaging Policy applies to SMS, MMS, RCS, and any other messaging channels made available through the Logics platform (collectively, the "Logics Messaging Services"), regardless of the specific use case, phone number type (e.g., long code, short code, toll-free, Alphanumeric Sender ID), or messaging channel used. This Messaging Policy sets out the restrictions and requirements that you, your organization, your end users, and your customers must follow when using the Logics Messaging Services. Any references to "you" or "your" in this Messaging Policy include your organization, your end users, and your customers.

These restrictions and requirements exist to ensure that all messages sent through the Logics Messaging Services are safe, wanted, and legally compliant.

This Messaging Policy applies in addition to, and forms part of, the Logics Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.

Messaging Traffic Classification

Logics treats all messages transmitted via the Logics Messaging Services as non-consumer, application-to-person ("A2P") messages, regardless of the actual content of the message or the type of recipient. You are prohibited from using the Logics Messaging Services to transmit person-to-person ("P2P") messages.

**A2P messaging** is any traffic in which a person receives messages from an application. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing messages, appointment reminders, chatbots or virtual assistants, notifications, and one-time passwords (OTPs) or PIN codes.

**P2P messaging**, by contrast, is generally defined as a two-way, back-and-forth conversation between two individual humans, and is not a permitted use of the Logics Messaging Services.
